At Penman Mobile Notaries, our priority is to provide affordable, accurate, and expedient signing services.  Making sure your documents are signed timely and completely is of paramount importance.  Our certified professionals take great pride in every notarization and strive for the highest level of client satisfaction.

Each Notary Public with Penman is commissioned by the California Secretary of State , bonded for $15,000, and carry E&O insurance in the amount of $25,000.  We are also a member of the Nation Notary Association (NNA) and hold designation as a Certified Signing Agent.

Nicholas Panos, the Founder and General Manager of Penman Mobile Notaries, has had a distinguished career in the mortgage banking and real estate industries.  He gained valuable and in-depth knowledge of the lending process from his 10 plus years of combined experience as a Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent. During the process, he discovered how critical it was for all related parties to work in conjunction to best serve the client and meet critical time deadlines.

In addition to his experience in banking and realty, Nicholas became a notary public and certified signing agent. He started his business in 2016 and has found great success in the growth of Penman Mobile Notaries. Nicholas understands the flexibility that mobile notary professionals can provide to the public and strives to improve its standards by providing a reliable, affordable, and comprehensive set of notarial services.

One constant throughout his career is the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and the ability to generate repeat and referral business.  Nicholas is a specialist at coordinating multiple simultaneous activities and meeting client deadlines.  In addition to his California Notary Public & Certified Signing Agent, he holds a CA BRE License and NMLS License under the CA Bureau of Real Estate.  Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys family and social activities with a passion for hiking, skiing, and traveling.
